Description
Our automatic woodworking machine is an advanced solution for cutting and milling the sides of a wooden panel and performing cuts and milling on the panels with precision and efficiency. Equipped with a workpiece support with a 'template' for precise orientation of the pieces, this machine offers effective mass production.
The cutting and milling unit, with longitudinal sliding on ball guides, is controlled by a recirculating ball screw, allowing smooth speed regulation via an inverter. The machine can simultaneously manage the cutting of 4/5 pieces for the bottoms and the cutting and milling of 2 panels.
A self-learning system memorizes the strokes of the cutting and milling unit, simplifying the compilation of the cutting program. Operators can easily position the pieces on the piece supports, assisted by the reference stop, and stop them pneumatically to form a single package.
The machine is equipped with safety protections compliant with CE regulations, ensuring a safe and protected working environment.
