AUTOMATIC PANEL RETURN FOR SINGLE-SIDE EDGE BANDING
Piece return system consisting of an air curtain with pneumatic oscillating movement, complete with pusher, return conveyor with motor-driven belt and idle-roller part collection table.
The panel falls out of the operating machine onto the air curtain table which inclines, and with the help of the pusher, slides the panel onto the return belt which is positioned at a lower working height.
The air curtain counter is fitted with arms featuring motor-driven belts to unload the parts from the beading machine.
System suitable for edge-banding machine up to 15 meters.
Air curtain table dimensions: 2.200x1.300 mm.
