HYDRAULIC CLAMP FOR GLUING HSKG THICKNESS WOODEN ELEMENTS
The HSKG device is used for gluing thick-cut wooden elements under high pressure using hydraulic cylinders. The range of crushing forces obtained per cylinder is 5-11 kN (horizontal) and 25-55 kN (vertical). The elements are glued in a stack with the dimensions of the loading field. Stack formation is achieved by hydraulic compression between the sliding vertical beams and the vertical bars of the transverse cylinders. Both elements forming the stack are equipped with wooden or metal inserts corresponding to the profile of the stack of strips.
Thick gluing of wooden elements improves the quality of frames, reduces processing costs, and reduces the amount of wood waste.
